Please note that our warehouse is located in Wetherill Park NSW.  Orders are dispatched from our warehouse daily up until 3pm every week day.

 

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order please email us urgently at enquiries@thekidsstore.com.au.  

We endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day if your order is placed before midday. Therefore you will need to contact us as soon as possible so your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched or during our picking and packing process.  You are more than welcome to return your items within 30 days for a full refund.  Check out our Zero Hassle Returns Policy for more information.

Changing your order

If you would like to add to or change an existing order you will need to email us at enquiries@thekidsstore.com.au. You will need to provide us with both your order number and a list of the changes you would like to make.

An order cannot be changed once it has been dispatched or during our picking and packing process.  Any additional items that you would like to include after your original order has been sent will be set us a new order.

Wholesale enquiries

If you are a wholesaler and you would like to sell your products via our online store please email us at nicky@thekidsstore.com.au with the details of your product range. Please include the wholesale price, materials the product is made out of, product descriptions and any product images.
